Do you offer day passes?
- Yes we offer day passes, for $9 per person. Children under 10 years old are free.

What’s included with a day pass?

A welcome drink, you can choose between a soda, natural juice, seltzer or national beer.

The use of all the facilities, beach, kayaks, life jackets, platform, tires, WiFi, hammocks etc.

Is the entrance fee consumable?
- No, it is not. 🙂

What are the opening times for a day pass?
- Daily 10am - 6pm.

Do I need a reservation?
- We recommend you to reserve beforehand. To reserve, just share with us your name, the day and with how many people you would like to visit.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
- We have a restaurant and bar with various delicious options to your service, therefore we do not allow you to bring your own food and drinks.

Can I bring my dog(s)?

We love pets! We recommend bringing your little friend with his/her leash since we always have more visitors who bring their pets.

We do not charge you extra for bringing your pet(s).

Do I have a discount as a solo traveler?
- In our 2 person rooms (named: Granada, Laguna and Catarina) we offer a 5 dollar discount for solo travelers.

We do not, we have direct access to the lake, with clear and clean water where you can safely swim. 🙂

Can I visit the restaurant without a day pass?
- Yes, enjoy lunch or dinner surrounded with nature and stay for max 2 hours, without paying for a day pass.

Is there public transport going from Casa Marimba?
- Yes, about a 10 minutes walk from Casa Marimba, in front of the public school, there is a bus stop. There are 3 buses leaving each day. Here is the schedule, but keep in mind that I might differ a bit.

Monday to Saturday: 6.20am, 11.30am, 4pm

Sunday: 6.30 am, 11.30am, 2.40pm.
